Coordinate with the procurement team at the company for all procurement requirements. Participate in Procurement Budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting process. Managing the development of the annual procurement budgeting plan. Liaise with other departments to understand their current and anticipated demand for items and develop plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into existing purchasing activities. Review and report on purchase requirements based on the assigned budget. File all the procurement contracts related. Maintain preferred vendors list and keep it updated .
